Staging

No matter if you are selling or staying I can help make your home look great!

I have several options for every budget! Do one room or the entire house.

The overall objective of staging your home is to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and attractive to potential buyers, giving them the abililty to visualize themselves living there.

A warm paint color was used to warm up the wood. Light fixtures were changed out to match the decor. Expenses were minimal by adding open shelving in owners favorite color for charm and a pop of interest.

An antique table was added to coordinate with existing wood trim. Additional charm was added by shopping with the client finding things she loved that would work to make the room her own. A beautiful mixture of old and new.

To make the beautiful white windows and columns look as stunning as they are I added a beautiful smoked oyster to a couple walls and brought in some accessories to pull things together.

This is a huge living space. By painting the two walls a darker color it feels like you are getting a hug when you come in now.
